| What is Franchising? |
Franchising is a means for an individual to acquire a proven business system and the training and support to run it properly. The classic example is McDonalds, though buying one of their franchises is not cheap! Numerous studies have shown that franchised businesses have a lower risk than independent businesses. The highly respected entrepreneur Robert Kiyosaki, who is the author of 'Rich Dad. Poor Dad', recommends franchising as one of the top avenues for owning a business for people who do not already possess significant experience of running their own enterprise. |
| Why cleaning management? |
Cleaning management, utilising our long-standing, proven system which has been in existence since the late 1980s thus having endured for 20 years, possesses a variety of positive attributes: You never do any cleaning
yourself or actually supervise any cleaning. Good profit potential. Low overheads. No premises, equipment or vehicles are necessary. You work from home. You work from Monday
to Friday and do not need to work in public holidays. You can operate it
either full-time or part-time. The vast majority
of your income will come from cleaning undertaken on a regular basis, so
this givesyou a regular income, instead of relying on one off jobs. You do not need to
visit clients (unless you enjoy it). With our system, training,
guidance and support, you will possess a noticeable superiority over rival firms. The standard of competition
is generally low. Many of your competitors are not very competent whichis a distinct advantage for you! If you were in a fashionable industry, such as investment banking, the amount and quality of competition would be markedly higher. It offers job security because as you will have a large number of
clients when established, you will not bedangerously exposed to a handful of big clients cancelling or to one employer making you redundant! There is no cold calling at all. Prospective clients ring because
they are already interested. You just have toexplain how the service works and ask if they would like to meet a cleaner. You do not need any sales skills. |
